With the backdrop of a dysfunctional morning show facing dwindling ratings, Chaos follows the chaotic life and modern love story of Lise, Denmark's morning TV star anchor. Lise faces an unexpected crisis in her career and identity and faces the difficult choice between her predictable, picture-perfect life and the wild allure of an adventurous new man. Comfort or chaos awaits as her world is turned upside down.
When Lise learns her morning show may be canceled, she faces a crossroads in her love and work life. Should she continue with her successful career and marriage with her co-anchor Martin and have the children he so desperately wants? Or follow her own footsteps and risk throwing it away for potential true love, adventure, and the uncertainty it entails with the charming Johannes, who lives a simple life in his van on the Danish coast?
